Our Contribution
Our Charity Support
The MacIntosh Group supports several local charities. A proceed of the sale of each home is donated to the MS Society. In 1970 Brent’s dad was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis which is an autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (brain, spinal cord). The disease attacks myelin. Without myelin the communication between nerve cells is disrupted, and the body does not receive the instructions necessary to perform basic functions like speaking, seeing, walking and learning. There is currently not a cure for MS.
Brent road in the MS Bike Tour again in 2018. Biking from Leduc to Camrose and returning for a total of 180 km to raise funds and awareness for the MS Society.
In addition to the MS Society The MacIntosh Group provides support to other charities such as: Canadian Cancer Society, Edmonton Humane Society & the Stollery Children’s Hospital. Our listing clients will choose one of the 4 charities below and we will make an additional donation in their name on our clients’ behalf. Since giving back feels so good!

Supporting our Clients
We often say that we are with our clients each step of the way and this does not end when the real estate transaction is complete. Our clients are part of our community and we like to organize special events to show appreciation to our clients for their loyalty and support. We are always available to answer questions after keys have been exchanged and happy to help or advise people on how to keep the equity in their home or improve it should they have goals of buying something different in the future.
Supporting Our Community
Brent has been part of the community since 1978 and he is passionate about The MacIntosh Group being involved in various community events and supporting local charities and organizations such as:
- We participated in the Sherwood Park Great Canadian Trade Fair and won best booth in 2017.
- The MacIntosh Group has sponsored a hole at the Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament for the past few years.
